I have a strong faith in Thai people. We, Thai people, if we aim to do something, we are capable of making things with the highest quality that can compete with the competitors from other countries. The only problem is the lack of support and promotion from proper institutions. I believe that Thai people are no less proficient than the others, and I have proudly proved to the world that I, as a Thai, am the world-best eyeglasses maker.

The very first thing required, is to start acting, and hold on tightly to your faith. If you have faith and believe in God, the courage comes easily. If you believe that God is by your side, God gives you the power to make everything possible. God gives you directions to do great things. For those who do not know God, I recommend that you pray to him, believe in your own self and strength, and believe that God has his reasons to create every human being with specific purposes and potentials.
Thus, you need to be confident in yourself, and stop thinking that you “cannot” do it. Stop thinking negatively and start thinking positively. You have to believe in yourself and dream big. Figuring out who you are and what you really want in life is not easy. However, please take my advice, find out who you are, what you want in life, what you want to do, and what you can do best. I suggest you try doing everything you can, to figure out what your passion is and what makes you happy. If you can do something better than the others, keep doing it, keep practicing yourself, spend every second of the day with it until you forget the time. If you can get yourself to this point, congratulations, you have found your passion and who you are.
If you want to work on something, make it a goal to do it better each day. It could take you a year, 10 years, or more – just to wake up one day and find yourself the person who is best at it. Even though no one can beat you, still, aim to outrun yourself tomorrow. Don’t ever stop advancing yourself.
If you believe you can do it, you can do it. You just have to believe in yourself, and always think big. If you think, that means you have a dream. Don’t listen to those who always want to pull you down with their words. I plead to all parents, do not destroy your child’s dream. I understand that many parents wish that their child achieve prominent professions that are well-judged by the social standards. However, please take your child’s happiness into the account as your first priority. For a person to be happy in life, he has to be able to love what he does.
Therefore, if your child has a dream, do not take it for granted. Please cautiously take notice of what his dream is, and support him in every way you can. To simply explain my thought, if he wishes to be the best stir-fried Chinese morning glory cook, I can definitely tell you that he is going to be a wealthy and rich person, because people from all over the world would want to come to have a taste of this dish from the man who is known as the best cook for stir-fried Chinese morning glory.
