How to take care of your eyeglasses

  1. CHECK YOUR EYEGLASSES FREQUENTLY FOR SIGNS OF WEAR. IF THE HINGE SCREW IS LOOSE, VISIT YOUR OPTICIAN AND HAVE IT TIGHTENED. CHECK THE ALIGNMENT OF YOUR FRAME. IF THEY SEEM MISALIGNED, RETURN TO YOUR OPTICIAN FOR FRAME ADJUSTMENT. INSPECT THE LENSES FREQUENTLY FOR SCRATCHES.
  2. CLEAN YOUR EYEGLASSES FREQUENTLY. BEGIN BY RINSING THEM WITH LUKEWARM TAP WATER THIS COULD FLUSH AWAY ANY DUST THAT COULD CAUSE SCRATCHES. USE A DAILY CLEANER SOAP FOR EYEGLASSES, RUB A FEW DROPS ON THE SURFACE OF BOTH LENSES. RUB THEM GENTLY AND RINSE THEM OFF WITH WATER. WIPE THEM WITH A CLEAN MICRO FIBER CLOTH.
  3. KEEP YOUR EYEGLASSES IN A PROTECTIVE CASE WHEN YOU’RE NOT WEARING THEM.
  4. ALWAYS USE BOTH HANDS TO REMOVE YOUR EYEGLASSES.
  5. RINSE AND CLEAN YOUR PERSPIRATION YOUR EYEGLASSES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SWEAT AND SKIN OILS CAN DAMAGE YOUR FRAME AND LENS COATINGS.
